Why we built this

Most Indian businesses with 20 to 50 employees are still managing attendance in a physical attendance register that someone fills in (or forgets to fill in) every morning. When it is time to count leaves or calculate attendance for the month, someone sits down with the register and manually tallies it up. This takes hours and is still inaccurate.

We built AttendFirst to replace that register. GPS check-in, selfie verification, QR codes, leave approvals, monthly reports, and Excel export. That is the product. Nothing more.

What we deliberately don't build

We will never build payroll, salary calculation, PF, ESI, TDS, recruitment, or performance reviews. This is not a gap in the roadmap. It is a product decision.

Every feature we don't build keeps the product simpler, cheaper, and easier to set up. Payroll is a compliance minefield that requires a dedicated implementation team and ongoing tax expertise. That is not what we do.

If you need payroll software, use payroll software. AttendFirst gives you clean attendance data (hours worked, leaves taken, late arrivals) in an Excel sheet that your payroll person, accountant, or payroll software can consume. That is the right separation of concerns.

Payroll is a compliance minefield requiring dedicated tax expertise. We give you clean attendance data (hours worked, leaves taken, late arrivals) in Excel. Your CA or payroll software uses that. This separation keeps AttendFirst simple, reliable, and 90% cheaper than full HR suites.

Where is my attendance data stored? +
